03. Body Beatz
Undoubtedly one of the best music producers in the region, BodyBeatz also couldn’t win his category. Body Beatz produced over 50 percent of all the songs that were nominated for this year’s RTC Western Music Awards. He lost the category to Jack On The Beat.
02. Evergreen Band
Everyone thought Evergreen Band was going to win the BrassBand of The year, when that category was added. It was very disappointing to them when Super Sonic was announced the winner. Supreme Masqueraders of which Evergreen band plays for them has the most membership when it comes to Masqueraders in Western Region.
01. Yoofi Eyeson
Yoofi Eyeson, host of Ofie Ne Fie on Focus 1’s spice Fm unfortunately lost to Opapy Joe of Tarkwa based radio station, Space FM. It was rather a heart breaking news for the RTP nominee. Sources close to the presenter says he might not file for the RTC Western Music Awards again.
In all this, we at GhGossip.com will like to let each of the nominees know that they are winners in their own way and they shouldn’t be discouraged at all.
