Grammy Awards for the ‘Best Global Music Award’ category and wrote,

Although his comment was not directed at any person specifically, many reports including fans claimed it was a subtle shade to Davido.

Davido, who felt infuriated by his comment took to his Twitter to mock him comparing him to the smooth-voiced singer, Wande Coal.

Nigerian BET award-winner and CEO of DMW Records, Davido has hit back at his colleague artist, Burna Boy after he fired subtle shades at him undermining and disregarding his music singing abilities on social media after he was announced as a nominee in the 2021 Grammy Awards.
