Hitmakers of the early 2000s, Aki (Chinedu Ikedieze) and Pawpaw (Osita Iheme) are set to return with a new project to excite their ‘content starved’ fans who have missed their legendary acting prowess mixed with humour and mischief.
The duo who monopolized the Nigerian movie industry decades ago and went on a short hiatus have teased their fans after they hinted at paring up for a new TV project, the framework of which they are still c ontemplating.
In a recent post via social media, Osita aka Pawpaw reminisced on their good old days and called on Chinedu aka Aki to consider a return of their successful characters to the movie screens.
He wrote; ”@chineduikedieze How far Edu? Just over here soliloquising. I just the see Dm and old clips everywhere. Guess is time to answer the call of nature and drop something. How you see am?”
Responding, Chinedu wrote; “@ositalheme, this will be interesting ooo Should we give them a movie or series? Guys what do you think? Should we give you a movie or tv series, What should we call it?”
