South African content creator, Sibulelo Manamatela has lamented over the fact that her first son can’t start school as planned due to the pandemic.

The beautiful mother of two shared this in a recent social media post she made on her social media handle on Instagram.

Sharing a photo of her two kids, she wrote;

“Obsessed with boys in pink, purple and every colour that was apparently meant for girls. 🥺

To be honest, I’m a little sad that Kukhanya can’t start preschool yet (we don’t want his first experience of school to be during a pandemic). I was looking forward to him making friends and becoming even more independent but it just didn’t make sense for us.

But nevertheless we are treating #homeschooling

a little like preschool. He is getting dressed up daily, spending his breaks with his bestie and having packed lunches.

Kukhanya and Mangaliso are sharing secrets and communicating in a way we don’t really understand (as besties do)- all dressed up in @cottononkids. I have major FOMO for the #backtoschool personalized backpacks and lunch bags on the @cottonon_africa website. Highly recommend you check them out if you have a little one going to preschool/school.”
