Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe has added her voice to the viral incident about the death of 12 year old Sylvester Omoroni of Dowen College.
Social media users have been enraged by the sad demise of the student of Dowen College who was allegedly abused and tortured by his peers after he refused to join their cult.
Oromoni died on 30 November after a week of ill-health, said to have arisen initially from an injury sustained on the football pitch.
On Wednesday, Perrison, Sylvester’s cousin disclosed the news of his death on Twitter and fingered the school for overlooking the killing.
A series of tests and X-rays showed that Sylvester sustained internal injuries from severe beating therefore his demise on Tuesday, his cousin revealed.
Reacting to the sad news, Mercy Aigbe postulated that Sylvester didn’t deserve to go through such pain and agony. According to her, she felt heart broken watching the video of the innocent child.
She wrote:
