Media personality, Toke Makinwa has denied rumors going round on social media that her Banana Island Home has been reportedly confiscated by the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria, AMCON.

After it was initially reported that her house was taken over by AMCON, it generated an avalanche of comments on social media as fans took to Twitter to mock her claiming her sugar daddy could not pay for her house anymore.

Her publicist, Andrea Manuela Giaccaglia, has reacted to the claims and denied that Toke Makinwa’s house has not been confiscated by AMCON and she is the sole owner of her Ikoyi property. She has released a statement to that effect.

The statement reads

”On behalf of Ms. Toke Makinwa, we would like to address the rumour circulating the internet that Ms. Toke Makinwa’s alleged house in Banana Island was taken over by the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON).

Ms. Toke’s is the sole owner of her residence in Ikoyi.

Our lawyers have been contacted and legal action will be taken against the originators of this story.
