Smoking has cut short the life of many top-notch Nollywood actors simply because they could not resist the urge to smoke when they were stressed or dealing with a lot from the set.
Smoking is a bad habit which is not worthy of emulation from the upcoming youth no matter how they adore and cherish the character on the screen smoking.

#1. Muna Obiekwe
Muna Obiekwe dealt with a lot of stress in his life when he was alive. He was a chain smoker who drank too much alcohol and didn’t remember that he had a liver. He died of complications related to his drinking and smoking habits.
#2. Sam Loco Efe
Sam Loco Efe is a legendary Nollywood actor who influenced a lot of lives. Part of what he loved doing on a daily basis was smoking which contributed to his ill health which eventually led to his death.
#3. Pa Kasumu
Kayode Odumosu better known as Pa Kasumu was a heavy smoker while he was alive. Reacting to reports that his smoking habits contributed to his sickness, Pa Kasumu said people were just ‘talking rubbish’. He rubbished claims of smoking leading to his death but the effect of smoking eventually showed up in his life.
