The Uganda Director of Public Prosecution (DDP) Hon. Justice Jane Frances Abodo has denied a bailout of singer Omah and Tems.
Singers Tems and Omahlay Set To Face Up To 7yrs Imprisonment In Ugandan Prison
According to the Uganda police, they intend to give the singers bail but the DPP ordered them not to give out any bail.
In a post on their official page
The earlier plans of releasing them on police bond, were suspended after their casefile was sanctioned by the Office of the DPP. They were jointly charged with four other Ugandans. All remanded till Wednesday 16.12.2020.
