Nigerian singer, Teniola Apata popularly known as Teni has shared a text message she received from her mother within the weekend.
The 27-year-old Afro Music singer shared a photo of herself staring at her phone as she shared the contents of the message.
According to Teni, her mother has started frustrating her to get married. These type of messages and pressure from African parents are common especially when you are a woman.
The text message reads: “Teni, when will you marry?”
Teni is the younger sister to Nigerian singer
Niniola. She attended Apata Memorial High School and has a degree in business administration from American InterContinental University.
