Nigerian musician, Patrick Nnaemeka Okorie, affectionately known in the music scene as Patoranking has explained why he has not been signed on any record label.

Speaking in an interview with the ace presenter, Andy Dosty on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz segment, the “Abule” crooner revealed that he has not been attached to any record label because of time.
He means to say that time has been the only barrier between him and any record label that plans on inking a contract with him to aid him in his music-related works.
The singer also revealed that he does not want any external force to temper with his freedom when it comes to his creativity, hence he has held on signing with any record label for the time being.
“The reason I have not been signed by any label is basically time. I do not want another to tamper with my creative freedom“, he said.
In other news, Shatta Wale has revealed the aftermath after he launched his hailing service dubbed “Shaxi”.
According to Shatta Wale, even though people have supported and loved his new venture, the marketing of the business has been very slow on the account he has not yielded the profit or the achievements he aimed at before launching the business.
It would be vividly recalled that Shatta Wale after unveiling his hailing service said that he created “Shaxi” not for profitable gains but to also contribute to the growth of the nation by providing jobs for the youth.
In a post, he made on his Instagram, Shatta Wale stated that he and his team only aim at creating a sustainable business with a focus on providing employment for the theming unemployed Ghanaians.
In a recent video obtained from social media, the musician revealed that business has been very slow for his “Shaxi” business but people are loving the services.
