Young talented Nigerian musician and performer, Ikuforiji Olaitan Abdulrahman, better known by his stage name Oxlade has disclosed details of his conversation with Wizkid.

The ‘Ku Lo Sa’ hit-maker in a recent interview has revealed what the Starboy Entertainment head, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, professionally called Wizkid told him during their conversation.

Oxlade who on countless occasions has mentioned Wizkid as his mentor stated that, the Grammy-winning singer and entertainer advised him to observe his style of music and figure out a way of being unique without copying him.

He disclosed this during an interview on Kiss FM UK. Oxlade added that Wizkid does not want him to follow the same path he took. Oxlade also talked about his performance at the 21,000-capacity Accor arena in Paris, France. According to him, his first-ever performance at the prestigious O2 Arena in 2018 was made possible by Wizkid.
