Well-known music producer, businessman, and content creator Collins Ajereh known in the music space as Don Jazzy has urged Nigerians to support their own celebrities.
According to him, he feels that Nigerians who ignore their own Nigerian celebrities like Genevieve Nnaji, Olamide, Tiwa Savage, Wizkid, Davido, and many others but follow other foreign celebrities on social media and support them aren’t patriotic.

He also condemned the act of ignoring upcoming artists and the failure to support them rise to the level they seek to be. He has advised Nigerians to also promote anything Nigeria in order to grow their currency, the naira.
“Some will be like I don’t follow Nigerian celebrities with pride sef. This following of a thing no be say we Dey pay for am o. I just feel like we can support more. Buy Nigeria grow the naira. With the numbers we have, we can be having some interesting conversations globally if we get all the support we can get. I’m just saying sha. I come in peace. 🙏🏾🏃🏿♂️🏃🏿♂️” he captioned his post.
