Singer CKay has cautioned fans of Davido, Burna Boy, and Wizkid who disrespect the other while hyping their favorite saying they can do that without disrespecting the other.
CKay sharing what Davido, Wizkid, and Burna Boy have taught him said he marvels when he sees people disrespecting them just because they’re hyping their favorites and think it’s best to disrespect the other over that.
According to CKay, Davido has taught him that getting plaques with afrobeat songs is possible, Wizkid has shown him that where you come from doesn’t limit how far you can go and Burna Boy has made him realize that delay is not denial.
Therefore, disrespecting another because he’s not your favorite isn’t right especially when we all are just playing our role to make the industry a better one and one day it won’t matter anymore because we all will die one day.
