Former Minister of Communications, Dr. Omane Boamha has said that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) manifesto is dictating the pace of 2020 election campaign.

He has said this on Saturday 12 September, 2020 on his twitter page.

The Presidential Spokesperson for former President John Dramani Mahama in his view, says the New Patriotic Party is copying and trying to implement some policies in the NDC’s Manifesto, which of course, is a clear indication that the opposition’s manifesto is better than that of the Akufo-Addo’s NPP manifesto.

He says “John Mahama promised in the manifesto to abolish the ban on importation of salvage vehicles; Nana Addo has quickly suspended the ban.”

Mr. Omane Boamah added “John Mahama promised to legalize and regulate Okada, Nana Addo is considering legalizing it.”

The former Minister believes the NDC has better message for 2020 Ghana elections against that of the NPP. And said NDC is dictating the pace with their “People’s Manifesto.”
