Member of Parliament for Suame Constituency, Hon Osei Kyei-Mensah Bonsu has stated that if the governing NPP wins the 2020 presidential polls then there is a huge possibility of ruling the nation beyond 2024.

Speaking at the Launch of the Ashanti regional NPP youth campaign over the weekend,Mr Osei Bonsu urged the party members to retire the presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress NDC John Mahama in the 2020 polls by canvassing for vote for NPP.

“Retiring John Mahama in 2020 means the NPP will be in power even after 2024 because that will mean the NDC will have to get a new candidate”he said

Adding that “should that happen it would give us advantage to the to win convincingly in the 2024 elections”

Hon Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu is contesting for the Suame Constituency seat again in the Ashanti Region.
