BET Viewer’s Choice nominee, Kwesi Arthur has spoken highly of fellow rapper Sarkodie and has expressed his desire to be like him.
Kwesi maintained that Sarkodie’s consistency in the game and his dexterity is worthy of emulation and that’s exactly what he’s aspiring to replicate.
He spoke to TV3’s New Day thus:
Sarkodie has been consistent in the industry for long. So, that alone inspires me to take him as my role model. An achievement I want to replicate as I journey through music.
Kwesi Arthur worked with Sarkodie on the remix of his Grind Day anthem; a song which shot his brand to the skies and propelled him to win the Hip-hop song of the Year award at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards as well as a recogtion from the prestigious BET.
