The National Communication Officer of the opposition National Democratic Congress Sammy Gyamfi, in an interview has stated that if not for the E-blocks built by former president John Dramani Mahama Ghana would have experienced a “quadruple” track system in the free Senior High Schools (SHS) policy.
In an interview with Paul Adom Okyere on Metro TV on Thursday 17th September 2020,Mr Gyamfi said John Mahama’ E-block is the reason why Akufo-Addo is able to deploy the double track system.

“You may have to do a quadruple track. But for Mahama E-blocks, we would have been practising the quadruple track by now”,he said.
John Dramani Mahama has promised to extend the free Senior High School policy to private schools should he be voted into power.
