Singer Wendy Shay has insisted that Nigerians opened doors for Ghanaians to reach the world, saying we should swallow our pride and give them their flowers before it’s too late for us.

Wendy Shay in a tweet said that Nigerian artists through Afrobeat has brought the world’s attention to Africa and Ghanaian artists need to thank them

for that but some people like Tic Tac disagreed with her asking her not to get involved in things she knows nothing about.

But Wendy Shay in a recent post seems to insist that Ghanaians need to thank Nigerian artists saying we should give Nigerian artists their flowers for bringing the world’s attention to Africa through Afrobeat and stop vexing about her.

Wendy Shay then added that we should swallow our pride and go to Nigerian artists and ask them how did it for them to show us the way instead of fighting her, saying God is using her to speak and they don’t want to listen.
