The Supreme Court has today 16th February, 2021 dismissed an application filed by former President John Mahama to have his case re-opened.
The apex court’s panel of seven, presided over by Justice Kwasi Anin Yeboah noted that the application lacks merit.

John Dramani Mahama is in court to challenge the presidential results of the 2020 December general elections which was won by NPP’s Akufo-Addo.
