According to him, the media, which is destined to be the fourth arm of the government, is now silent and cannot speak about the incompetence of the Electoral Commission led by its president Jean Mensa.

He claimed that since the statement, the commission keeps changing the figures, but to his amazement, the media is mostly quiet about it, which makes it seem like nothing has happened.

Speaking in an interview with Takoradi-based Connect FM, he said: “We are in Ghana and we all saw how the president of EC changed the results many times.

It is sad that the Ghanaian media is silent, they fear the ruling PNP, they cannot express the truth they know about the elections.

“It is very sad that the media are not criticizing this government as they did with the NDC.”
Some people have asked the NDC to withdraw the case from the court, as it is clear that the players are not being fair to them.
