5. Mfanstipim: Another all boys senior high school in Cape Coast established by the Methodist Church in 1876. The school recently beat the West African Secondary School to win the 5th Sprite Ball title. It is no sheer coincidence that they have Dwen Hwe Kan to wit Think ahead as their motto.
