Nigerian mega-superstar, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, affectionately known as Burna Boy is hopeful to grab more awards and recognition on the renowned and prestigious award scheme, Grammy Awards.

The Grammy Awards event’s organizers selected Burna Boy, who went on to win the prize through his popular album “Twice As Tall.” One of the significant accomplishments the artist had been waiting for was the award he received.
Burna Boy became the first Nigerian to win a solo award from the Recording Academy, making him one of the few African stars who have managed to receive recognition on the platform.
Speaking in an interview with a young girl, Burna Boy stated that he felt honored receiving the honor from the Recording Academy because he has always looked forward and hoped to win from the prestigious award scheme since he started his music journey.
He also mentioned that he was grateful that his dreams to win a Grammy Award manifested and he is hopeful that he will win more awards in years to come.

This comes shortly after the musician listed the countries the countries he has never performed as he revealed that he has performed in almost every country in the world.
He claimed that after his tour in Asia, Australia, and South America, he would have appeared everywhere on the planet and likely be the first performer to ever create such a historic record.
He also revealed in a tweet that as of 2018, he had performed in almost every country in the African continent and this he believes is one of the greatest successes he has chalked since his emergence into the music game.
He also revealed that he has been watching some of old videos of some of the stages he performed on since 2013 and he has realized that as of 2015, he has already performed at almost all the 36 states in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
In his most recent tweet, Burna Boy revealed his plans to hold a major concert at the Wembley Stadium situated in the United Kingdom in London.
