Arshad Sharif’s Children – Pakistani journalist, author, and television news host named Arshad Sharif, and during his time on earth, he made a name for himself as an expert in investigative reporting.

Arshad Sharif was born in Karachi, Pakistan, and his parents were full Pakistani citizens. His father was Commander Muhammad Sharif TI who served in the Pakistan Navy.
During the time he was a student in 1993, he started his freelance journalism career. He is on record to have earned his Master of Science in Public Administration at Quaid-i-Azam University.
Sharif specialized in defense and foreign policy and covered conflicts in the Federally Administered Tribal Areas. His reputation grew to the point that he reported from London, Paris, Strasbourg, and Kiel, and he did so for prominent Pakistani news organizations, and in addition to his enviable brand, he received the Agahi Award in the year 2012.
The 2016 Investigative Journalist of the Year Award went to Sharif as the anchor and Adeel Raja as the producer for the program Powerplay. Agahi’s Peoples’ Choice Awards: Favorite Current Affairs Anchor – Male went to Sharif in 2018.

Sadly on October 23, 2022, local police in Kajiado, Kenya, shot Sharif to death.
On social media, there was speculation that he had been murdered despite the Kenyan police’s claim that the shooting was the result of a case of mistaken identity.
The Kenyan Independent Police Oversight Authority declared an investigation into Sharif’s passing on October 24.
Shock over Sharif’s murder spread throughout Pakistan and abroad. Arif Alvi, the president of Pakistan, characterized Sharif’s passing as a significant loss for Pakistan and journalism. Shehbaz Sharif, the prime minister of Pakistan, called the murder shocking news.
