A new web series dubbed What’s Up Web Series has started gaining momentum on social media and it’s really exciting, given that it’s completely different mainstream serial drama we watch on TV.
The concept was birthed by Horla Manuvor Jnr, who happens to be the director as well. So what is What’s Up Web Series
The series highlight the youth’s acceptance of social media and how relationships are built through online acquaintances. It throws light also on how useful social media can be used for good and not just fun and entertainment.
The players include Abu Amoako, Claudia Abbey, Kwaku Dawsay, Chriss Aboka, Baraka Sulleiman, Gifty Asante, Golda Kissi and Dulcie Ewurama Afriyie Boateng. Don’t be suprised if the aforementioned names soon take the Ghana movie industry by storm in the not-too-distant future.
