German defender, Jérôme Boateng is heading to Ghana for the very first time and he’s all happy about it.
The experienced player who plies his trade for German giant,
Bayern Munich is the brother of former Black Star midfielder, Kelvin Prince Boateng.
The brothers are of Ghanaian descent and whilst Kelvin decided to switch allegiance to Ghana by playing for the Black Stars, Jerome stuck with Germany.
In a Facebook post, the player expressed his excitement ahead of his first ever trip to Ghana.
He wrote;
Special trip ahead… can‘t wait to visit Ghana for the very first time ???????????????? #roots #africa.
