Renowned Ghanaian pastor, Christian Kwabena Andrews, known popularly as Sofo Kyiriabosom has selected the founder of International God’s Way International Church, Bishop Daniel Obinim as his running mate for Ghana Union Movement (GUM) party ahead of election 2020.
Osofo Kyiriabosom is running on the philosophy of the first President of Ghana Dr Kwame Nkrumah to wrestle power form the incumbent government under the stewardship of Nana Akufo Addo whom he described as a complete failure.
His selection of the controversial Daniel Obinim comes as no surprise as the latter has been praising Kyiriabosom since he publicly declared his intention of contesting the highest office of the land.
This is the first time two pastors are going to vie for the presidency as flagbearer and running mate respectively.
